Product Return Policy – kvirti.ge

According to Article 13 of the Law of Georgia “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return a purchased product within 14 calendar days, without providing any explanation.

How to return a product

Return process:

Fill out the Product Return Form to initiate your request.

Select the topic “Question about product return.” Be sure to include the order date, order number, and your phone number.

Return the product immediately, but no later than 7 calendar days after submitting the return request.

The customer is responsible for transportation costs, except in cases where the product is incorrect, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.

The product must be returned with all accompanying parts and documents.

Refunds

kvirti.ge undertakes to refund the amount paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date the return request is received.

kvirti.ge reserves the right to issue the refund only after the returned product has been received.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions to returns

The customer is not entitled to cancel the contract or return a product if:

• The product was made to the customer’s individual specifications;
• The product is perishable;
• The delivered product has been irreversibly mixed with another product after delivery;
• The product’s value does not exceed 30 GEL;
• The product is missing any parts or documents that were provided at the time of purchase;
• The product has been damaged by the customer, shows signs of use, and cannot be restored to its original condition (normal unsealing of the packaging is not considered damage).
